Taster Evenings and Saturdays
Come and explore Mindfulness for a few hours one Saturday or evening
You’ll get to try some Mindfulness practices and find out more about our Mindfulness courses. Two experienced, qualified Mindfulness teachers will lead some simple exercises that will give you a taste of the experience and see if you want to explore further. You can’t learn all there is to know about Mindfulness in a single session, but you can try it out to see if it suits you.
Dates and Venues to be confirmed, probable dates are: Saturday 30th July and evenings of 21st, 27th and/or 28th July
